Sir,
I have filed a request regarding No. Of Candidates applied for Jee MAINS through EWS RESERVATION category with Application No. DOHED/R/2019/50617. CPIO sir said that RTI has been transferred to NTA to provide information. I have not received any information from NTA.
I have made conversation CPIO Of the JEE main to provide information but he refused to provide information saying that he cannot provide me information . So I am appealing to HONOURABLE CPIO of DEPARTMENT of Higher Education to provide me information as the information I have not cause any problems as per Norms of RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT, Reg 2005
I am sincerely requesting to provide information on my mail and upload it in RTI ONLINE websites |

While I am requesting CPIO of JEE MAINS through phone call to know the status of my RTI ONLINE APPLICATION he is refused to provide information . So I am requesting CPIO of DEPARTMENT of Higher Education to get into issue to provide information and I have send mail to CPIO of NTA with replying document provided with above application number. Hi Empowerment of disability affairs committee,
I am a disabled person basically hailing from Assam.I am suffering from Cerebral palsy(spastic Triplegia) since birth and uses wheelchair for mobility. I am a post graduate engineer pursued my education from IIT Delhi in Electrical Engineering and recently I passed out from there and convocated in 2018.Right now, I am working in a MNC as Artificial Intelligence expert in Bangalore.
I want to serve my nation but your Annexure C: Posts Identified for Persons with Disability Group A hinders me to do so. Being a Cerebral Palsy guy, my both legs are disabled and the physical requirements written there are horrible for me.
so, I cant even apply for any government services like IES, IAS, RRB etc and Public Sector Undertaking Companies for this obvious reasons. I am out of competition even before i apply for any services.
Now, I am thinking to join Research area i.e by joining any Phd Programme in IISC or IIT but my mind strikes with a question which i would like to ask your committee i.e.
1) whether after Phd, Am i eligible for faculty position in IITs or NITs or any University in Electrical Engineering or any discipline.
Second Question,
2) If some PSU or University willing to accept my condition and make a necessary provision like suitable workplace for condition likes me besides my category of disabled and physical requirements does not match with your so called Annexure:C(Group A).In that situation can they absorb me in their organization as an employee.

I am an OBC candidate and comes under creamy layer status. Am I eligible for age relaxation given to OBC candidate for job in central and state government like UPSC , JPSC, PSU etc. I also want to know whether I will be getting age relaxation for admission into central and state college.
