1 Does an applicant having Fellow Programme in Management degree approved by All India Council for Technical Education - AICTE are eligible to apply for Assistant Professor or Associate Professor or Professor position in the Department of Management Studies under Central University or NIT or IIT after implementation of AICTE 2019 and UGC 2018 Regulations if he fulfills other minimum experience and research publication criteria
2 Under which Gazette notification, All India Council for Technical Education - AICTE has been given the necessary mandate to approve or grant approval for the admissions under the Fellow Programme in Management.
What is the level of the Fellow Programme in Management
Does respective gazette grants the same legal equivalency of Fellow Programme in Management as of Doctoral degree or Ph D
3 The Government of India still gives mandates to AIU for granting equivalency of Fellow Programme in Management to the Ph.D. when AIU is not entertaining the same from any Business schools
Why not the Government gives necessary directives to AIU to entertain individual applications as well apart from Institutional application for the saving the career interest of the Fellow Programme in Management holders
4 Why the Department of Higher Education under MHRD validates separate Doctoral Degree in Management named a Fellow Programme in Management accredited by AICTE when IIMs have started giving Ph D since 2018
5 Does Government plan to give clear cut direction to the UGC / Central University / NITs / IITs to advertise the necessary academic qualifications for faculty positions in Management stream after including Fellow in Management apart from existing Ph D |

Respected CPIO,
Kindly provide following information with certified documents available with you or your department approved by competent authority.
1) My son Ankit Agrawal appeared in JEE Main April 2019 on 8.4.2019 at Ion Ditigal zone, Parthivi College of Engineering and Management, Bhilai 3, Bhilai, Distt. Durg, Chhattisgarh in first shift with Roll Number CG01700140.
He was denied Blank Sheet for rough work after issuing six blank sheets by Invigilator Ms. Upasna Chandrakar at lab 12B the C.B.T. Exam hall, he sat idle for about 20 minutes until NTA observer Dr. D.S. Raghuvanshi intervened in the matter and made him available the seventh blank sheet. This is going to make a huge loss to attain higher score as he could not carry out rough work to mark the correct answer. My son is deeply depressed now as he could not mark the answer which he could have done easily if required sufficient blank sheets might have been provided to him.
2) When the exam. was over he told me the whole matter and contacted Ms. Upasna, Dr. D.S. Raghuvanshi (observer NTA), Dr. Rachna Pandey(Observer NTA), Mr. Tikesh Sinha (TCS Operation Executive) and talked over mobile to Mr. R.S. Pandey, City co-ordinator JEE Main April 2019 over his mobile number 9406096398 at 13:13 Hrs. 8.4.2019 and asked them to show me the Approved Written Order by the Competent Authority in connection with issue of LIMITED NUMBER OF BLANK SHEETS FOR ROUGH WORK.
3) May please note that as per best of knowledge there is no written instruction in the JEE Main April 2019 Brochure or in the Admit Card JEE Main April 2019 of my son.
4) Kindly see the attached pdf document for details.
5) Kindly provide me copy of certified order/ instruction approved by competent authority of NTA or MHRD for issuing restricted numbers of blank sheets for rough work to a JEE Main April 2019 aspirant/ candidate.
6) Kindly let me know the name, designation, official address, official mail and official contact numbers of the Authority RESPONSIBLE for this HUGE loss to my sons career as he is not going to attain higher score for getting admission in the branch and college of his choice.
7) Kindly provide me the certified copy of the contract along with attachments carried out between National Testing Agency and Tata Consultancy Services for carrying out JEE Main April 2019 examination through them.
8) I am ready to pay Cost of Information, kindly provide link for online payment.
9) Kindly let me know the name, designation address, contact number and mail of the first appellate authority.
10) Kindly provide information with certified copies withing stipulated time.

1) May kindly refer to my online RTI application number DOHED/R/2019/80424 filed on 09/04/2019.
2) The requested application was forwarded by Shri Kundan Nath, Under Secretary and CPIO to CPIO/PIO National Testing Agency (NTA).
3) More than 32 Days have passed since I lodged my application but no information and requested document have been supplied to me till date for which I am waiting eagerly.
4) May kindly note that authentic telephone numbers and mail Ids of Mr. Binod Kumar Sahu, Joint Dir. and CPIO, NTA has not been provided, hence I am unable to contact him. One telephone number 01203946105 obtained through www.pgportal.gov.in, is not being lifted by Mr. Sahu even after several attempts.
5) In the similar way the mail Ids and contact numbers of Shri Vikas Gupta, Sr. Director and Appellate Authority, National Testing Agency, C-2O, 7A/4, Sector-62, IITK Outrcach Centre, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Noida-201309, Uttar Pradesh has NOT been provided, hence I am unable to contact him also.
6) Hence, as per R.T.I. Act I am filing this FIRST APPEAL.
7) May kindly PROVIDE the requested information and document FREE OF COST NOW AS PER R.T.I. ACT within time limit.

I would like to know certain information under RTI Act 2005. Please refer to the letter of MHRD (FiIe No.6-13/2018- TS-I) which was sent to Prof. Surendra Prasad and Prof. Sanjay G. Dhande. According to this letter, IIT Guwahati vide letter AD/120/MHRD/00/Vol.21/09 dated 1- 1-2019, along with all its enclosures, have furnished their comments on the allegations of corruption made by Dr. Brijesh Kumar Rai through his representation.
In this regard, please furnish me the following information:
1) Please provide me a copy of the letter (letter no. AD/120/MHRD/00/Vol.21/09 dated 1- 1-2019) along with all its enclosures through which IIT Guwahati has furnished its comments.
2) Please let me know whether it is true that the Standing Committee, formed to look into the appeals/representations relating to IITs, is supposed to give its report within 30 days.
3) Please let me know whether the Standing Committee, formed to look into the appeals/representations relating to IITs, has submitted its report about the matter given to them vide letter (FiIe No.6-13/2018- TS-I) within 30 days.
4) Please provide me a copy of the inquiry report/recommendation submitted by the Standing Committee about the matter communicated to them vide letter (FiIe No.6-13/2018- TS-I).
5) Please let me know whether it is true that Standing Committee, formed to look into the appeals/representations relating to IITs, is supposed to contact the complainant as per the terms of reference of the committee.
6) Please let me know whether Standing Committee, formed to look into the appeals/representations relating to IITs, has ever contacted IIT Guwahati authorities and/or Dr. Brijesh Kumar Rai.
