International and Foreign Boards which are functioning on Indian soil and have been authorized to function as such by their appropriate authority (unless otherwise found ineligible on the basis of extant laws/rules/norms/directions of appropriate government on any subsequent date), and whose qualifications awarded have been accorded equivalence by the appropriate authority mandated by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, for this purpose vide Notification no. F.15-17/94-TS. (IV) dated 13th march 1995.
