Also provide the list with name of officers along with their designation, employee code, section name/unit name, with their basic pays, (as above mentioned in item number 2), who were promoted to their next scale, from 01.09.2019 till 31.12.2016. 4. Also provide the list of officers (as above mentioned in item number 2), who were financially upgraded, under ACP scheme, it it was in operation at MHRD, for gruop B officers. 5.
