Ministry of Human Affairs National Testing Authority Subject- Request for Information under RTI ACT 2005 Dear Sir I Brijendra Sangar S/o B.S Sangar had applied for NTA Representative for the NEET 2019 Examination, whereas regarding the appointment of the same I had also received an official letter where the duties and responsibilities were mentioned clearly. The duty was fixed for 3 days that is- 3rd, 4th and 5th May 2019, for which a bill was submitted amounting to Rs22, 500, whereas a payment of only 10,000 was processed. Regarding the same I would like to know- 1. Why the amount differs from place to place if it is a National Level Selection as a whole. 2. I want to know the remuneration details to be given to the NTA Representative for local candidate. Kindly share the detail under, RTI act 2005. As per section 6(3) of the RTI Act 2005, In case, the requested information is held by another public authority, I request the PIO to transfer the application or part of it within FIVE days and immediately inform me about such transfer. As per section 7(8)(iii) and 7(3)(ii) of the RTI Act 2005, I request the PIO to Inform me of the particulars of First Appellate Authority.
