Sir, With due respect, I would like to inform you that I am a disabled person by hearing at the percentage of 40. But, I have completed my senior secondary but I could not think my higher education for my disability and money. I have heard about Right to Person with Disability Act 2016, where all the person with disability can get admission free of cost and free accommodation also. Now my questions are as below 1. Why all the universities of India do not provide free education and accommodation. 2. I request you to kindly write clearly about The Person with Disability Act 2016 for education purpose. 3. If a education institute do not want to provide free admission and accommodation then what can I do. 4. How many scholarship can I eligible as a disabled person. Thanking you Musharof Ahmed
