I request the concerned official to respond to the following questions\n\n1 Does an applicant having Fellow Programme in Management degree approved by All India Council for Technical Education - AICTE are eligible to apply for Assistant Professor or Associate Professor or Professor position in the Department of Management Studies under Central University or NIT or IIT after implementation of AICTE 2019 and UGC 2018 Regulations if he fulfills other minimum experience and research publication criteria\n\n2 Under which Gazette notification, All India Council for Technical Education - AICTE has been given the necessary mandate to approve or grant approval for the admissions under the Fellow Programme in Management.\nWhat is the level of the Fellow Programme in Management\nDoes respective gazette grants the same legal equivalency of Fellow Programme in Management as of Doctoral degree or Ph D\n\n3 The Government of India still gives mandates to AIU for granting equivalency of Fellow Programme in Management to the Ph.D. when AIU is not entertaining the same from any Business schools\nWhy not the Government gives necessary directives to AIU to entertain individual applications as well apart from Institutional application for the saving the career interest of the Fellow Programme in Management holders\n\n4 Why the Department of Higher Education under MHRD validates separate Doctoral Degree in Management named a Fellow Programme in Management accredited by AICTE when IIMs have started giving Ph D since 2018 \n\n5 Does Government plan to give clear cut direction to the UGC / Central University / NITs / IITs to advertise the necessary academic qualifications for faculty positions in Management stream after including Fellow in Management apart from existing Ph D
