I have not been provided information that I have asked in my RTI application. If MHRD funds M.Tech. programs of the students selected by IITs then the information about mode of selection must be known to the MHRD. It is responsibility of MHRD to first have the information about mode of selection and see if proper procedures are being followed before funding any program by any IIT. Therefore, it is requested that please provide the information asked in my RTI application. If information is not available with MHRD, it the fault of MHRD. MHRD must immediately obtain the information from every individual IIT and provide me information that I have asked in my RTI application.
