1) The 46th IIT Council minutes clearly says that -Performance review of Directors would be done once in a year based on the vision and mission of the Institute. The performance review report would be submitted to the IIT Council.\n Therefore performance reviews must be available with IIT Council or else this resolution of IIT Council has not been implemented. Saying that performance reviews are available with BOG Chairman of each IITs is misleading information. IT is not expected from MHRD to give false and misleading information. \n\n2) RTI reply says that a copy of the letter no. 1-5/2013-TS-I dated 08.11.2013 is enclosed. However no such letter was enclosed with the RTI reply. Please provide me a copy of the letter no. 1-5/2013-TS-I dated 08.11.2013.\n\n3) I have asked simple and straightforward questions. Please provide me straightforward and unambiguous answers of all my questions asked in my RTI applications.\n\n
