Hi Mr. Kumar,\n\nThis is in reference to online RTI application no. DOHED/R/2018/52515 dated 22-09-2018 wherein I have requested for DE2 form details of Mr. Kuldeep Rai working as staff car driver in M/O HRD D/O shastri bhawan (education department) for correction of his date of birth in records. We ve received a document for cancellation of alloted residence in next 2-3 months because of the incorrect date of birth. \n\nHowever DE2 form details arent shared with us via RTI application submission from my side(letter attached). A document has been sent to Director of estates(Nirman Bhawan) as well as per my knowledge about the incorrect date of birth in records.\n\nRequest you to please make the necessary changes otherwise I along with my children have to vacant the place as there are legal issues going on with my husband (Kuldeep Rai) and salary attachment has been done already via honorable high court( patiala house).\n\nMy purpose of asking DE2 form information is only to get the incorrect date of birth correction. Please help to get this done as retirement date is reflecting 2 years earlier because of wrong date of birth. \n\nAttached are all the supported documents.
