Q.1. i) Who received the total payment fund from Education Department (Planning/Budget) for the session 2011-2012 for conduction of Sports Activities of Zone 2. Kindly provide answer with names together with the designation of the concerned officials. ii) The said amount was given by whom and what was the total amount for the same. iii) Kindly provide the mode of payment (Cash/Cheque). iv) Please provide the date of payment for the above mentioned Fund. Q.2. i) What was the detail answer provided by Zone 2 (District East) against the Circular Number DE 41/6/Sports/2010/SS&AB/30101-201 dated 09th September 2010 and reminder circular number DE 41/6/Sports/2010/SS&AB/19733-83 dated 3rd February 2012 by Additional Director of education (Sports). Kindly provide the Copy of the same. Q.3. In case there was any amount available with School Sports & Activities Board Zone 2, District East on 31st March 2011, Was the same submitted/transferred to the government as per the instruction given in circular number DE 41/6/Sports/2010/SS&AB/30101-201 dated 09th September 2010. Q.4. How much amount for conducting Sports activities in each Zone was to be given by the Education Department, Govt of NCT, Delhi, for the session 2011-2012. Q.5. How much amount for conducting Sports activities in Zone 2, District East was to be given by the Education Department, Govt of NCT, Delhi, for the session 2011-2012.
