Subject-Stipend hike records for past 70 years in central funded technical university(MHRD)
Respected sir
Past several month PHD stipend hike is a major issues between Research Scholar in all central founded technical university. So my concern regarding PHD stipend Hike in last 70-years when stipend will hike, and how much stipend hike by the Government of India. After that what is present policy of stipend hike for PHD scholar in central founded university(IIT, IISC, IIIT and NIT).And why not PHD stipend will increase till 2019.
