Dear sir, Kindly provide the following information under RTI in respect of the implementation of OM no. 38/37/08-PandPW(A) dated 6th april 2016 in respect of pre-2006 pensioners- delinking of revised pension from qualifying service of 33 years in CFTI of MHRD like IITs etc :- 1. Whether the instructions/orders for implementation of the above OM has been issued by MHRD. please provide a copy of such instruction/orders. 2. The reason for non implementation of the above OM by various CFTIs like IITs etc of MHRD. 3. Whether the above OM has been implemented by UGC and IIT Delhi for the benefit of their pre-2006 pensioners. 4. How much expenditure/ requirement of fund by the CFTIs is required. 5. The officer / division of MHRD responsible for implementation of the above OM for CFTIs. 6. copies of the correspondance with minnistry of expenditure/ CFTIs like IITS may also be provided.
