An Announcement has been Made by Honorable Secretary in the Convocation of IIT Kharagpur And Also Announcement Made by Honorable Minister Shri Prakash Javdekar ji that The Stipend of PhD Scholar persuing From IIT and IISC will increased to 70000 per month from next Session.. What is the Condition for getting this Stipend I heared from someone that B.Tech should be from IIT..for Stipend Please clear about this and what is the status of the decision
