1) MHRD rules and regulation for PhD supervision by faculty in IIT/NIT.
2) Criteria of faculty for PhD supervision in IIT/NIT.
3) Criteria to become full time and regular faculty in IIT/NIT.
4) Is there any condition that Principal/Core supervisor must be from same department from which the student belongs.
5) On which condition the Fellowship/stipend of PhD scholar can be put on hold by the institute authority in IIT/NIT.
