Dear Sir/madam On the website of MHRD,DOHED, it is clearly stated at S.No. 19 that ALL admn/technical/financial matters related to IITs are being dealt by US(TS-1 ) Prisca Mathew whereas at S.No.22 Sri R S Solanki US is dealing with matters related to NITs. I repeat, I have requested the information in respects of implementation of OM No. 38/37/08-P&PW(A) GOI dated 6th april 2016 in various IITs NOT NITs especially IIT Roorkee. Secondly I will be grateful if u kindly inform me about the competent authority responsible for implementation of the above OM and the action taken so far for implementation of the above OM To my knowledge some of the institutions lIke IIT Delhi and UGC who are under the admistrative control of MHRD have implementated the above OM for the benefit of pre 2006 pensioners whereas IIT Roorkee ia waiting for necessary instruction from MHRD to implement the above OM Thus the Information provided is not appears to be satisfactory and therefore considered as refusal to access of information.
