1[dot] All the recorded official comments and justifications and all the relevant documents having a link with decisions taken for the grievance application numbers mentioned below[dot] Also, the related information describing the actions that were taken for addressing the application or the recorded justifications leading to disposal without any action[dot] Would also like to be informed about the Official guideline, regulations & policies based on which decisions were taken[dot] In a simplified sentence, I wish to know the logical flow behind the processing of the grievance readdressal application I made[dot] Thus, requesting for the relevant information in relation to these applications[dot] DSEHE/E/2015/06639 DSEHE/E/2016/05183 DSEHE/E/2017/00397 DSEHE/E/2017/00508 DSEHE/E/2017/06130 DSEHE/E/2017/06204 DSEHE/E/2017/01003 As per best of my knowledge all the applications were forwarded to Registrar IIT Kharagpur[dot] I also wish to know information on how the raised petitions were addressed and what were the actions taken so far, and what is officially recorded information related to these applications is in the purview of Registrar IIT Kharagpur[dot] Based on which conclusions were drawn by the Registrar sir and decisions were made toward the petitions I raised[dot] In a simple sentence, I wish to know what Registrar sir did after receiving my grievance applications[dot] And logical flow behind his conclusions and actions he taken related to the grievances[dot] 2[dot] I would also like to get all the officially recorded information related to the Student protest that occurred on IITKGP in December due to unreasonable hike and alleged corruption charges on HMC IITKGP[dot] Would also like to get the officially recorded information that describes the pretext of this student demonstration of agitation[dot] 3[dot] I would also like to know the whether autonomy of IITKGP makes it immune to Consumer Protection Act violation as per any official record[dot] And Sir / Maam is there any official record with that says IITKGP authority has made mess bill and hostel fees compulsory for every student and IITKGP is fully resident, and it even makes the local students pay hostel and mess bills[dot] 4[dot] Is there any official record of giving IITKGP administration to power (may be by the visitor as mentioned by the Act[dot]) to run a fund called Brotherhood for social welfare purpose that does not fall under the purview of Inst[dot] of Technology Act[dot] End Note: I would prefer to get the information in searchable digital format[dot] In case number of pages are more or to avoid extra payment I would prefer to get the information over my email ID[dot] halder[dot]arpan[at]gmail[dot]com And I would also request to keep my identity confidential even to IITKGP administration if permissible under law[dot]

Please find the attached application in PDF file The points raised in the application are: The application was forwarded under Section 6(3) of the act at a delay of 25 days from the date of receipt 31/08/2017. However, the act implicates a maximum delay of 5 days in such forwarding. The official guidelines of processing public grievances relating to MHRD(HE) were sought to understand the logical flow of the processing of my PG portal applications toward MHRD(HE). This was not provided. CPIO IIT Kharagpur not supposed to have it but the CPIO MHRD as per my understanding. I request to be informed on how much time max the CPIO IIT Kharagpur may take to respond to this application. And also want to be informed if CPIO IIT Kharagpur does not respond or the response is not satisfactory what I am supposed to do in such case.
