1- Can higher educational institutes like IIT, IIM, IIITs, NIT make discriminatory rules against female students in the name of safety. 2- Can the timings of female student be restricted in campuses of such colleges as mentioned above while being accessible to male students throughout day. 3-IIITDM Jabalpur has made discriminatory rule in the name of women safety by restricting timing of girl students on campus. The campus is not accessible to girls after 10:30 while it is open for male students through out day and night. Does the above institute possess such powers as to make such rules that put female students at disadvantage.
