Central Information Commission on 15/01/2016 gave a decision in the case Abne Ingty v. CPIO,Delhi University ( CIC/SA/C/2015/901116 ) and directed Ministry Of Human Resources Development, to circulate this order to all examining bodies including Universities and make it mandatory for them to bring uniformity in rules and regulations by fixing cost at not more than Rs 2 per page of answer sheet.
