What are the guidelines for women employees to take child care leave working as Assistant Professor in 6000-/ grade pay (AGP) in the institutes like IIT, IIIT,NIT.
Is there any difference in eligibility if employee is on contract against regular position in any of the said institutes.
Is there any rule or guideline which differentiates between eligibility of maternity leave and child care leave for a women employee i.e. if maternity leave is granted then what are grounds on which child care leave can be denied (if any).
