Refer to my PG Portal Grievance Number DSEHE/E/2017/01704. dated 04th March, 2017 which had been closed on 09th March, 2017.
I need following details from IIT Bombay authorities.
1) Kindly provide the copy of the verified records submitted by Mr. Nischal Kumar Nag, Dy. Director ESIC to Shri D.K.Sawalkar Dy. Registrar Estate Office IIT Bombay.
2) Kindly Provide ESIC R.C. Copies of the Period From 01/04/2011 to 30/09/2011, 01/10/2011 to 31/03/2012, 01/04/2012 to 30/09/2012 to 01/10/2012 to 31/03/2013, 01/04/2013 to 30/09/2013, 01/10/2013 to 31/03/2014, 01/04/2014 to 30/09/2014, 01/10/2014 to 31/03/2015, 31/04/2015 to 30/09/2015, 01/10/2015 to 31/03/2016, 01/04/2016 to 30/09/2016.
3) I had raised question about the ESIC details of other employees who are working under contract in IIT Bombay. Let me know the details for the same.

As per IIT Bombay RTI Reply Number AO/COPIO/RTI-15/2017-18 Dated 21/08/2017. I have received 94 pages & I found that some documents are not readable because of poor Xerox copy quality. I found that following pages are not readable pages number 76, 78, 89,90,91,92. Please make arrangement immediately to provide above pages.
Secondly, the information pertaining to ESIC details of other employees who are working under contract in IIT Bombay is not providing by the PIO. Hence, it is once again request to provide the above information.
