As per the communication received through the letter No. 1067_(1)/2017_RO, Dated 12/05/2017, from IIT Bhubaneswar addressed to

The applicant wants to know the following.
1. The content of the letter from HRD with No. F. No. 14_12/2007_TS.1 dated 20/03/2017.
2. The reason behind the non-communication of the letter from HRD to IIT in the name of the applicant.
3. The reason behind the delayed reply from IIT Bhubaneswar.
4. The contents of the reply of the IIT Bhubaneswar with the letter No. 1067_(1)/2017_RO, Dated 12/05/2017 to MHRD. As the applicant assume the content of the letter stating the brief report may be different as sent to MHRD and the applicant. As the applicant finds the contents are unsigned by any official of IIT Bhubaneswar.

The applicant appealed to get the
full content of the letter received from IIT Bhubaneswar with the enclosed documents as shouted in the letter to the MHRD.
The letter No. 1067_(1)/2017 RO dated 12/05/2017.
Although the same letter was intimated to the applicant by IIT Bhubaneswar, the applicant found the enclosed copy of the letter was unsigned by any official of IIT Bhubaneswar, so on this very ground the applicant expressed her assumption on misleading and false information provide by the IIT authority to MHRD and the applicant.
The applicant is appealing MHRD to provide the full content of the letter 1067_(1)/2017 RO dated 12/05/2017 from IIT Bhubaneswar to MHRD.
