(Annexure-VII). For your information the applicant is mentioning the Number and Date of Award Letter: Sr. No. 2061110025, Ref. No. 19-06/2011(i) EU-IV. The Annual Progress report for each of the year starting from 2012 is been forwarded to the University Grants Commission(UGC) on the evaluation on which the fellowship for the Research scholar is released so the UGC must have the copy of the submitted report and as It was submitted directly to the UGC by post not to the IIT so IIT Bhubaneswar may not have any information relating this. The applicant will request the First Appellate to intimate the information as soon as possible.
