What is the detailed procedure for getting Prime Minister Research Fellowship (PMRF) of Rs.60,000/- per month. 2. Will this scheme be applicable to the students who will take admission for PhD in institutes other than IITs such as IMSc (Institute Mathematical Sciences, Chennai), IISc Bangalore or ISI Kolkata after completing B. Tech. in an IIT. 3. From when will this scheme start. Is it going to start from this year.
