sir i am M Tech in Mechanical engineering(PG)and working in one of the premier and 1st PSU of the nation ie PDIL NOIDA i am keen to pursue PhD along with my regular job i found my organisation policy not favourable in this regard ie they do not allow leave for higher educations in their policies In this regard please help me by suggesting 1 name of the institutions/ Organisations which offer PhD courses for above said conditional candidates in a) NCR or b) nation 2 Any IITs or university offering PhD courses without hampering/disturbing the regular services of the candidate 3 Please share our Higher education department policy for higher educations for the PSU employed person 4 please share our Higher education department policy in the above said scenario of PSU employed person which can earthen my dreams of pursuing PhD 5 please reveal the nature/type/mode of PhD courses being offered in IITs apart from regular PhD 6 Please suggest if any CSIR offering PhD courses for above said conditional working candidates and its procedure of enrollment Thanks
