Public Authority : INDIAN SCHOOL OF MINES (not given in the list) Dear Sir/Madam, With due respect I want to make a request against IIT(ISM), Dhanbad. My name is kurmendra , I had taken admission on 15/02/2016 into ISM-JRF program in elecronics department of ISM dhanbad and my admission no. was 2016DR0073. As per the rule, I paid 30,700 Rs. as course fee which includes all the components(please see attached file for refernce) and after 10 days I got selected for ASSISTANT PROFESSOR job in Rajiv gandhi university so I left the ISM by completing all the no dues formalities. Since I was there only for 10-15 days. I requested to refund my CAUTION MONEY (if possible other fees also which I have not utilized). The letter I submitted to the concern department. I did not get any kind of refund after 06 month then I contacted to the concern Dean (student welfare) and also Finance Department of the institute. They said you will get a refund soon. I did not get any refund till the date. I request you to please look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
