Please provide the following information under RTI Act 2005:
1. Is it a fact that Dr Bahniman Ghosh, working as an Assistant Professor
in the Department of Electrical Engineering, has been dismissed from service
for plagiarism charges.
2. If yes, kindly provide a brief description about the nature of plagiarism /
report of the investigation.
3. Kindly provide an authenticated copy of the of the relevant part of the respective
BoG proceedings/meetings that imposed the penalty of dismissal.
4. Please provide a copy of the order imposing penalty, as served to the
concerned faculty member.
