Subject: First Appeal against RTI Registration No. DOHED/R/2017/50069
This is to inform you that I had filed RTI Application with the above no. which was subsequently transferred by the Dept. of Higher Education to the CPIO of respective IIMs u/s 6(3) of the RTI Act, 2005. However, I have either not received any reply from IIM Calcutta & Kozhikode till date despite 30 days being over from transfer of the RTI Application to them.
I would therefore file the First Appeal on the following grounds and seek the corresponding relief as mentioned in the document attached in the SUPPORTING DOCUMENT field.
The FAA is requested to find the full First Appeal Petition along with the supporting documents attached in the Supporting Document field for disposal of the First Appeal.
