Please provide the following details: 1. Total number of permanent non-teaching staff. 2. Year-wise count of permanent non-teaching staff joined these Institutes from 2010 onwards. 3. Count of permanent non-teaching staff completed 4 years in these Institutions. 4. Count of permanent non-teaching staff whose promotion is due by December 2016 and December 2017. 5. What are the HR Policies and promotion rules for permanent non-teaching staff. 6. How many years of service required for an Assistant (PB-2, 9300-34800 GP 4200) to be promoted to Assistant Admin Officer (GP 4600/4800). 7. Please provide the count of non-teaching staff who has been promoted to the next level since 2010. If no one has been promoted, please provide the reasons for it. 8. Few IITs and IIMs have not uploaded their HR policies on their websites even after 5-6 years of their establishment, if so, when it will be uploaded on the website. 9. If the HR Policy and Promotion rules for permanent non-teaching staff have not yet framed in the Institutions, please provide the reasons.
