This RTI concerns with Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, Assam, India (IIT guwahati is not present in the public authority list so i have apply through MHRD). The purpose of this RTI is following:\n\nI was admitted to IIT Guwahati in 2005 in Five year INT M.sc program,\n Dept. of chemistry. But latter around 2007, INT M.Sc. was changed to\n Chemical science and technology but keeping the duration and course\n structure of the first batch (2005 batch) same as five year INT.\n M.Sc.\n\n A letter was issued and displayed in Dept. notice board by IIT\n Guwahati highest decision making body, mentioning clearly the above\n mentioned fact. I request a copy of that letter as I am appearing for\n an interview at UPSC and may need to convince them that five year\n B.tech in chemical science and technology is basically INT. M.sc in chemistry in letter and spirit.\n\nkindly send the letter issued by iit senate concerning Int.M.Sc 2005 batch regarding change of program from Int.M.SC to B.Tech in Chemical science and technology (5 yrs) which elucidates course structure and duration of the aforesaid batch.\n\nRavi\nchemical science and technology (2005 batch, received degree in 2010)
