Dear Sir/Mam,\nThe students of IIT Indore are being forced to shift in hazardous and under-construction buildings on the behest of administration. Images of the same is attached. In this regard, under RTI Act 2005, I would like to seek answers to the following questions:\na)Which phase of construction is going on in Simrol campus of IIT Indore.\nb)How many buildings are still under construction of that phase.\nc)How many labs have been established in the under-construction buildings and date of establishment of each such lab\nd)Details of complaints made by students related to hazards of construction site and action taken\ne)How much money has been spent on the construction purposes and the total amount sanctioned for it till June 2016.\nf)Which agency procured the tender for construction. Has there been any change in the authorized agency. If so, kindly provide the terms of tender.
