As an M.Tech student of IIT Guwahati, I was about to receive 12,400 Rs. in every month as scholarship provided by MHRD. But, in some months, I received less amount of scholarship due to less attendance given on those months in Biometric Fingerprint Attendance Machine handled by office of Department of Biosciences and Bioengineering, IIT Guwahati. I want to know whether my attendance details for each month had been directly(or indirectly) sent to MHRD from the office of Department of Biosciences and Bioengineering and then according to my days of attendance(in each month), the scholarship amount was calculated, processed and sent to the Institute(or department). And if this process was not followed for these months, i.e., the exact amount of scholarship (12,400 Rs./month) being disbursed from MHRD, then I want to know where the deducted amount of my scholarship was utilized in those months where I had received less amount of scholarship. \nI have attached one file as an example of getting less scholarship for the months of January,2016 and April, 2016 which were received on 10th February,2016 and 7th May,2016 respectively.
