(Refer: RTI Application DOHED/R/2015/62570) \nSince now the cabinet has approved the up-gradation of ISM Dhanbad to an IIT and the lok sabha has passed the draft bill to amend the Institutes of Technology Act, 2016, kindly reply to the following queries as per the RTI act. (Through e-mail as well as speed post)\n1. Whether the file containing informations, documents, note-sheets for the conversion of ISM Dhanbad to an IIT is still under submission\n2. If not, why did not the ministry inform me as per the RTI Act when the file was no longer under submission. \n2. If the file is not in submission anymore, kindly provide a copy of all the documents, letters, communications, note-sheets and the entire file held by the ministry in this regard.
