1. Is B.ARCH course at IIT Roorkee affiliated and recognized under the Act by the Central Government \n2. If yes then why COA is denying registration to iit roorkee b.arch graduates of academic year 2009-2014.\n3. Can a IIT Roorkee B.Arch (2009-2014) graduate work as an architect or apply to government bodies as an architect without coa license. Can any legal action be taken against such student if he is working as an architect without coa license .\n4. If an IIT Roorkee b.arch (2009-2014) graduate want to apply for government job what should he/she submit when asked about coa registration number (or fill in form without which it cannot be submitted ) or denied job due to lack of registration.\n5. Since graduation concerned students were not able to apply for job at some of the coveted organisation like AAI, DMRC, DDA, CPWD etc due to lack coa registration number, Receiving constant threat of firing from job . ARE THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES TAKING THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY. How long do concerned students have to suffer.
