Sir,\n\nI had lodged complaint with IIT Kanpur about the undue benefits being extended to Mr Nadeem Akhtar in his PhD there. I had also lodged a complaint with Secretary High Education, MHRD also in this respect against IIT Kanpur extending undue benefits to Mr. Nadeem Akhtar, who was being employed with Integral University, Lucknow while pursuing his PhD (which is not permissible even as per IIT PhD Regulations)\n\nI would like to know whether you have completed the investigation in past one year and what is the outcome of the same.
