The information provided by PIO, IIT Bhubaneswar is incomplete and misleading in nature as under-\n1. Against para 1, the CPIO has framed a brief reply of his own instead of providing certified copies of documents containing correspondence, minutes of the meetings and notings of various officials during processing of the proposal to appoint NBCC Ltd on nomination basis.\n \n2. In second para of my RTI application, it was requested to write names and designation of officials who signed on the files as per para 1 query but CPIO has instead given name of website.\n\n3. Reply at S.No. 3 may be reconfirmed as it appears inconsistent with reply of para 1 by CPIO. The works asigned by IIT Bhubaneswar to NBCC Ltd or any other PSU or private contractor or consultant may kindly be furnished as per information sought in this para.\n\n
