I want to get copies of the processes and documents related to me. Under RTI Act 2005, please provide following info.\n\n1) Provide amount of funds received by IIT KGP from govt, fees, and other sources including but not limited to donations between 2010 and 2015 clearly specifying source of funds\n\n2) Provide the use of funds between 2010 and 2015 (both years inclusive) including salaries, scholarships, etc\n\n3) For 1 and 2 above, please provide me every single ledger entries in soft copy. I will pay Rs. 50 fees towards CD for this when requested\n\n4) Please provide total number of new Phd students enrolled for each year separately between 2010 and 2015 at IIT KGP ( (both years inclusive) \n\n5) Please provide total number of complaints, grievances received in writing by IIT KGP year on year between 2010 and 2015 ((both years inclusive) along with their category if any and how many were resolved and how many are pending\n\n6) Please provide copy of formal complaint / grievance handling mechanism at IIT KGP\n\n7) Please provide me any complaints on record against me and current state\n\n8) Please provide me copy of my student records and HR files at IIT KGP\n\nIf this does not fall in your department, kindly transfer it to appropriate authority in 5 business days u/s 6(3) of RTI Act 2005 marking a copy to me.\n\nI submit that this information is not confidential u/s 8 or 11 of RTI Act 2005.\n\nPlease sign and stamp all pages while responding to this RTI. To,\nShri Pradip Pyre,\nRegistrar,\nIIT Kharagpur,\nKharagpur, 721302\nSub : Appeal in response to the RTI Application\nDear Sir,\nI launched an RTI Application which was answered by PIO Mr Anantbandhu Patra.I asked information related through eight points out of which only two are answered and leaves me unsatisfied with the response. I want to get copies of the processes, information and documents related to me and whomsoever is related to me through any relation in form of software, hard copies or files, all transaction made, email interactions, letters, all personal information. Under RTI Act 2005, please provide following info.
