sir/madam, Under RTI Act 2005 i request you to provide following information- RIGHT TO EDUCATION ACT (RTE) is enacted on August 25, 2010 in the country. It made TEACHER ELIGIBILITY TEST (TET) compulsory for appoint as assistant teacher in the class 1 to 8. 1- If a person is working as a contract/para teacher in the government primary school before enacting of RTE ACT and he is regularized in the year 2015 without qualifying TET, then whether he is eligible to get appointment or not. 2- is there any relaxation in TET is given to such para teacher or contract teacher. 3- Is there any such relaxation in TET is given to uttar pradesh para teacher (known as sikshamitra) working in primary government school(class 1 to 5). 4- if there is any relaxation is provided by NCTE or Government department then provide full detail.
