What are the various mode of appointment made at your Institute 2. Is there any retirement benefits such as New Pension Scheme (NPS) or any other etc., provided to employees appointed on contract on regular scale i.e. on a graded pay scale at your prestigious institute. If yes a scanned copy / photocopy of any Government O.M./ circulars / Notice that supports the payment of NPS to employees appointed on contract on regular scale.
