I require certain information 1. Kindly inform me about the minimum qualifications laid down by the central institutions (IITs, Central Academies and central universities) for the recruitment of Assistant Professors/Lecturers in the different disciplines of Science and Technology. 2.If the laid down minimum eligibility criteria are different in the above said central institutions, then why is it so 3. And if the disparity regarding the eligibility criteria is prevalent among the above said institutions, what steps have been taken by the education department of HRD Ministry to rule out the disparity so that every aspirant many get any opportunity.

Sir, I am in receipt of the reply of Mr. Prisca Matthew Under Secretary to the Govt. of India (F.no. A-33-1/2015-TS-I(Jan) dated 28th January regarding the minimum qualifications for the recruitment of Assistant Professors/Lecturers in Central Institutions IITs and other Central Academies. In his reply he has stated that in respect of IITs the said information is not available with him. Hence, I request you sir to give me the requisite information regarding the minimum qualifications for the recruitment of Assistant Professors/Lecturers in IITs and other Central Academies as LAID DOWN by the Department of Higher Education, HRD Ministry Govt. of India.
