Respected Sir/madam I had applied to IIT Roorkee for the admission in PhD course with reference application number CED15200632 in department of civil engineering for the autumn semester 2015-2016.I could not find my name in the list of short-listed candidate for the interview .Since I have all the all the qualification required for the PhD candidate but I did not recieve the interview call. Sir/Madam I want to know the details on what basis I was not short-listed and also the details of all the short-listed candidate.Detailed shot listing criteria on which candidates were short listed.
