Respected Sir/Mam, This is Raj Kishor Kustwar from IIT Roorkee. A reseacrh scholar getting MHRD fellowship havin post graduate degree in professional course (M. Tech.). Humbly I would like to know that why our fellowship has been hiked only with 40%(18000 to 25000), and for students having M.Sc. or B. Tech. got 55%(16000 to 25000) hike. Is there any law which says that doing professional degree is not a good thing. Kindly reply please. Thanking you.
