Sir I have completed degree in Masters of technology in the subject of chemical engineering through 2011-2013 from the The Department Of Chemical Engineering and Technology, IIT BHU, Varansi-221005,U.P. I completed the degree in june 2013.But I beg to state that I have not recieved the stipend awarded to post graduate students from the month of January 2013 to june 2013. Sir,so much delay has been done in awarding me the stipend to which I was entitled to receive on monthly basis. Sir, I would like to draw your attention towards the fact that all of the students have already recieved their stipend while I have been denied for the same.
