As we know that in Indian constitution as for as retirement age is concerned either curtailment or enhancement right is vested with the Indian parliament for the Government and Govt.funded Institutions, the supreme court also says for the high court judges superannuation age matter, only the Indian Parliament has full right to do change in the above matter. Then how without Indian Parliament Resolution the retirement age is raised to 62 and further to 65 is fixed for the IIT Faculties(TeachingStaff/Employees) I dont want any indirect explanation need direct answer for the following question. 1) Whether by Indian Parliament Resolution for the retirement age is raised to 62 and further to 65 is fixed for the IITs Faculties.
