HONBLE SIR, I the undersigned, wanted to seek Information under RTI, 2005: (1) Under Central govt. rules, how many days of maternity leave can a female Employee can avail (2) How many weeks/days before the expected date of delivery a female employee can start the leave according to central Govt. rules, and kindly specify the rule no. (3) Is a female employee is eligble to take Maternity leave in her 2nd/ 3month of pregnancy (4) Is a female employee is eligble to take Maternity leave in 2 spells (5) Is a female employee who have taken her Maternity leave from 2nd to 4th month of pregnancy and then resume the service, what sort of leave she is entitled to take at the time of Delivery, Is she eligble to take Child care leave even before Delivery (6) Can A department run under MHRD gives an option to a female employee to avail Maternity leave in 2nd or 3rd month of her pregnancy
