To Training and Placement Office IIT Ropar sir/Madam Namaskar I am yogash chandra joshi from IIT Kgp[dot] and this year i applied for the post of Training and Placement officer at IIT Ropar, and the institute called to 39 students but they asked sixth standard questions as they wanted to select to select own candidate and the candidate was hand shaking to prof[dot] at the time of exam and the same candidate came 20 min late so my question are: 1[dot] why you did not ask general knowledge,aptitude,reasoning,ms office standard questions, training and placements related question which was mention you in the website[dot] 2[dot] why you asked sixth standard questions[dot] 3[dot] what was your criteria to select 10 person out of 16 for the nonsense written test[dot] 4[dot] if you wanted to select to your candidate then why you called to us[dot] 5[dot] whom have you selected and name of previous candidate[dot] 6[dot] the old man came late and he was shaking hand to everyone so it may possible he did nothing there and he copy and paste the answer as may be he made the paper for the exam as he was the employer in your department[dot] 7[dot] why you did not ask mock test under other organization , 8[dot] why this corruption for the post[dot] 9[dot] are you thinking these question what have you asked were good for the post(officer)[dot] 10[dot] why you select local people in your institute instead to select as an Indian and you select as a punjabi[dot] why reply me with in 15 days i hope soon you will response thanks yogash chandra joshi MMM Hall IIT Kharagpur West bengal HK-S-401 PIN- 721302 PHONE- 8967669366 MAIL: ymath22[at]gmail[dot]com
