Is this against Indian parliament because they are getting all the facilities on far with those who are retiring at 60. Only parliament is the authority to curtailment or enhancement of the superannuation age for those who are getting salary from the Central Government money. Court says only parliament can enhance the age for retirement. How this is legally valid without parliament resolution
