SUBJECT: Refund of Hostel Mess Fee for the academic year 2015-2016 Respected sir/madam this is to inform you that I, Prabhakar Sinha, S/O Om Prakash Sinha, applied for M.tech program in IIT Delhi for the year 2015-2017, with the following details: Department: Electrical Engineering Program: M Tech in Communication Engineering Program Code:EEE Hostel allotted: Yes Hostel name: Udaigiri I paid the HOSTEL MESS fee amounting Rs 30,000/ on 21/07/2015, in the SBI bank branch: IIT Delhi, Payment Mode: CASH and requested for the refund, on 21/07/2015, because I decided not to join the course, as per the rules mentioned. I want to know when will I be getting back the refund amount, and the contact details (phone,name,department) of the concerned officer to whom I shall contact for the same.There was no proper response from the hostel staff when asked for the status of refund. The process of refund is taking too much time as it was said to me that i will get back the refund within two months.
