445 DOHED/R/2019/50366 nil Respected Sir/Mam With due respect it is intimated that I had appeared in NEET PG 2019 EXAMINATION held on 6 JANUARY 2019, the result of which has been declared on 31 January 2019. I had attempted 293questions out of 300 and 220questions were correctly answered by me. I am shocked to see the result and 617marks obtained by me out of 1200 whereas as per my calculation i must have secured marks between 800 to 840As such i have secured 180-220marks less, which appears a serious irregularity on the part of NBE. It shows that either the answer sheet prepared by NBE is incorrect, there has been some technical error while evaluating the answer sheet or there are serious irregularities, while uploading/posting the marks obtained by individual candidates. It is therefore requested to go through the genuineness/ correctness of answer sheet prepared by NBE, the procedure of evaluation of Question Paper and uploading of marks and finally preparing and declaring the result so that the entire procedure may be got checked and the correct marks obtained by individual candidate may be credited to him. This is not a single grievance of mine, a lot of grievances are being recieved from various corners of the country through social media etc. It is humbled requested to re-evaluate and re-verify the marks obtained by individual candidate and revise the result, declared on 31 JANUARY 2019, accordingly. Kindly provide the information in Hindi or Gujarati Language and if the Information is not available in Hindi or Gujarati Language then only provide the information in English. Section 7(1) of the RTI Act, 2005 obliges PIO to provide information within 30 days of the receipt of request for information. So please provide me the whole information within 30 days. As per the Section 6 (3) RTI Act 2005 where an application is made to a public authority requesting for an information which is held by another public authority or the subject matter of which is more closely connected with the functions of another public authority, the public authority, to which such application is made, shall transfer the application or such part of it as may be appropriate to that other public authority and inform the applicant immediately about such transfer. Provided that the transfer of an application pursuant to this sub-section shall be made as soon as practicable but in no case later than five days from the date of receipt of the application.
