The performance review report would be submitted to the IIT Council.\n Therefore performance reviews must be available with IIT Council or else this resolution of IIT Council has not been implemented. Saying that performance reviews are available with BOG Chairman of each IITs is misleading information. IT is not expected from MHRD to give false and misleading information. \n\n2) RTI reply says that a copy of the letter no. 1-5/2013-TS-I dated 08.11.2013 is enclosed. However no such letter was enclosed with the RTI reply. Please provide me a copy of the letter no. 1-5/2013-TS-I dated 08.11.2013.\n\n3) I have asked simple and straightforward questions.
